Wedding Photography Rovaniemi

- Unforgettable and high-quality wedding photos to remember the most important day of your lives -

One of the most important days of your life is approaching, and you want to capture those moments and emotions in photographs. Here's some information about how wedding photography with me works in Rovaniemi and throughout Lapland.

We'll plan your wedding photography together in advance, ensuring that the photoshoot aligns with your vision. I also offer documentary-style photography without posing or direction, allowing you to relax and enjoy the moment together.

Wedding portraits can be taken before the ceremony, right after it, or even on a different day (such as during your trial hair and makeup session). The atmosphere during the photoshoot is always relaxed, and I'll guide you throughout the session, so there's no need for you to have any modeling experience.

The ceremony itself is captured in a documentary style, focusing on the key moments and details, while you remain at ease, fully immersed in the experience. I photograph from multiple angles, moving unobtrusively to capture every significant moment.

The wedding reception caps off a wonderful day, and I'll be well aware of the event's schedule beforehand. I take a variety of photos during the reception, from candid moments and portraits to the finest details. Group photos can also be taken during the celebration. As the evening progresses, I'll invite the couple for one last photoshoot. We'll find a lovely setting at the venue to take the final, beautiful portraits of the day.

The chemistry and love between the couples I photograph always shine through in the wedding photos I capture.

Frequently Asked Questions - Wedding Photography

What kind of equipment do you use for wedding photography?

I use professional equipment, which ensures high-quality wedding photos. Professional gear is top-notch, durable, and reliable in use.

How long does it take to deliver the wedding photos?

A preview gallery of the wedding portraits will be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the photoshoot. The remaining photos (morning preparations, first look, ceremony, and reception) will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the photoshoot. The photos will be provided in digital format via email.

What is your way to work in the church ceremony?

I arrive at the church about 20 minutes before the ceremony. I check that everything is going well with the couple and give them a final pep talk before they walk down the aisle. After that, I go to the sacristy to greet the groom, the officiant, and other participants.

I photograph the ceremony from various angles (including from the balcony if the church has one). I move quietly and unobtrusively, almost like a ninja. I am well-versed in the ceremony's protocol, so I am prepared for every situation.

After capturing the exit march, we usually take a group photo in front of the church before the couple leaves, and I will use a loud voice to help arrange the guests properly.

Would you like to sit alone at the wedding reception or at a table with the guests?

I personally prefer to be "at the heart" of the celebration, sitting with the guests. Some photographers prefer their own space, and I completely understand that. However, since we are there to work, I enjoy being social and meeting new people. I like to be a part of the wedding party on that special day.
